Soft Yanone sells digital software license keys. No physical product is ever shipped, so there are no shipping fees and no customs charges.
How you receive your key
After your payment is confirmed, your activation key is delivered electronically: it is displayed on your order confirmation page and sent to the email address you provided at checkout. Delivery is usually instant, and in most cases takes only a few minutes.
Shipping costs
Delivery is free. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
Not received your key?
- Check your spam or junk folder.
- Check that the email address entered at checkout is correct.
- Log in to your account and open your order to see the key.
If you still cannot find your key, contact us at support@softyanone.com with your order number and we will help you. If the key was not delivered, you are entitled to a full refund (see our Refund Policy).
