Soft Yanone is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with Microsoft. We operate an online marketplace that facilitates the sale of digital software activation keys supplied by third-party sellers. Each key is unique and unused. Contact: support@softyanone.com.
Definitions
- Platform: softyanone.com.
- Seller: a business or individual that supplies products listed on the Platform.
- Buyer: a person or business that purchases a product on the Platform.
- Order confirmation: the message we send to confirm your purchase.
Your account
You must provide accurate, current and complete information when you order or create an account. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.
Ordering and payment
Prices are shown at checkout and include our platform fee. Payment is made through PayPal. After payment, you receive an order confirmation and your key is delivered electronically (see our Shipping Policy). We may cancel any order we reasonably suspect to be fraudulent, in which case you receive a full refund.
Refunds and guarantees
Refunds, replacements and our 12-month guarantee are described in our Refund Policy. If a key is faulty, we will provide a working key or a full refund.
Seller and Buyer responsibilities
- Sellers must supply genuine, licensed products that are accurately described, and deliver them promptly.
- Buyers must provide accurate information and follow the Platform’s procedures.
- Soft Yanone facilitates communication between Buyers and Sellers and helps resolve disputes.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of profits or data, arising from the use of the site or services. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under applicable consumer law. For technical issues with installed software, please contact the software publisher.
Intellectual property
The content of this site is owned by Soft Yanone or its licensors and is protected by copyright. All other trademarks belong to their respective owners, including Microsoft, Windows and Office.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to your use of the site.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Belize, where Soft Yanone Sales & Services Ltd is established. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Belize, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.
